Keelan Cook teaches in Crockett, Gibson, and Dyer Counties. He
is originally from Lawrence County TN and recently completed his Master's Degree at Union
University. In high school, he was Valedictorian and voted "Most Likely
to Succeed"! Keelan is an Eagle Scout and now lives in Jackson.

Cayce Sims teaches for Right Choices
in Obion and Lake Counties. She is a Jackson, TN native and a graduate
of Union University with a Masters of Education. Cayce enjoys shopping,
playing disc golf, spending quality time with good friends, listening to
music, Starbucks, and dark chocolate. She is a volunteer leader for
Jackson Young Life.

Herschel Schwartz, PhD, is our Project Evaluator. He's the
data guy who makes sure that our numbers add up.
Dr. Schwartz
is a graduate of UT School of Social Work.
He and his family live in Memphis. |

Mary Catherine Gatlin coordinates our curriculum, data,
and supervises the Right Choices Advocates. Mary Catherine and her husband live in Jackson
and have a baby, Jonah Grace, who was born July 27th. She is a
graduate of Union University with a degree in Secondary Education
as well as a Master's degree in Education.
Mary Cat is very involved with community theater. |

Stephen Moore is the Peer Mentor Coordinator for Right
Choices of West TN. Stephen graduated from the University
of Tennessee @ Martin and plans to work on his Master of Education
this year. Stephen likes to play golf and fantasy football. He just married Kayla in October,
whom he met at a National Peer Mentoring Conference two years ago!

Melodee Chapman is our Administrative Assistant. She is a
graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in California with a degree in
Education. She and her husband, Willis, have four children--two in
college, one in the Air Force, and one in high school! Melodee likes
to do scrapbooking and keeps everyone in the office organized. |

Stephen Williams
is the Multi-Media/Drama Director for Right Choices. From editing
media to improv in the classrooms, Stephen's abilities will
enlighten the minds of students across
West Tennessee. Stephen is attending Bethel College,
majoring in Education.

Patsy Crihfield is our Medical Consultant. She
lives in Lauderdale County and loves to sing, play hand bells, and
read. Patsy possesses a Doctor of Nursing Practice from
UT College of Nursing. |

Justin Searcy is a graduate of Tennessee State University where
he earned degrees in Biology and in Sports Medicine. His hobbies are
golfing, listening to jazz, and working out. Justin is our male Advocate
for Haywood/Lauderdale Counties. He currently lives in Jackson. |

Allicia Ladd, a graduate of
the University of TN @ Martin, is a grant writer and the Right
Choices of West TN Project Director. She is married and
mom to three sons, a daughter-in-law, and a schnauzer.
Her favorite
things include traveling, shopping, and candy corn.

Jonathan Baine
is our male Advocate for Obion and Lake Counties. He and his wife, Jill,
have a daughter named Anna Asher and are expecting a baby in November.
BLUE Jonathan now lives near Jackson but
was born in Winston-Salem NC. He possesses a Master's degree from
Southwestern. He likes to lift weights, camp and read. |

Kristin
Peasley, a graduate of Union University, teaches in Crockett, Dyer
and Gibson Counties. She and her husband, Mike, have been married
for two years.
Kristin likes to travel and try new things...she's very
adventurous and likes to read and paint. She LOVES watching
football.... GO COLTS! Eventually she wants
to have a big family.

Thomas Arnold II is the Parent Educator for
Right Choices of West TN. He is a graduate of the University
of Memphis and a teacher in the Dyersburg City School System. Thomas
is married with two sons and a daughter. He enjoys playing video
games and playing video games...and playing video games! |

Julia Cooper teaches in Lauderdale and Haywood Counties. She
is a graduate of the University of Tennessee @ Martin and is
currently working toward her Masters of Education. Julia likes
politics, shopping, reading, movies, and her dog.
